Sorry I didn't write at all last week. I had two points for working out (SAD!) and no weight loss
So for this week....
total workout points 10 and zero weight loss (time for another SAD!)
Don't think I'm traveling anymore for the next few weeks (woohoo!) So..watch out competition...here comes Mandy!

My weight is 143 (that is one pound down from last week) although I definitely gained that back at Ruby and Harold's today. My total exercise points are 24 I had a good exercise week last week, my goal this week is to work on not eating out and cutting sweets (which will be hard with all the baking going on in the house.): ) Hope yall have a good week!

I'M BACK!...I know I have been out of the loop with my weigh ins but I'm back on track...Two weeks ago I earned 5 exercise points and stayed the same in weight 175. This past week I earned 3 exercise points and once again stayed the same weight 175. I'm kicking my butt in exercise but not losing a pound but I think it's muscle (that's what I keep telling myself) It's a little discouraging because I really want to see the weight go down.
I might have to get my plastic sweat suit out and get in the sauna for about 2 hours in order to shed some of these pounds...(I'm just kidding) I'm not that crazy!!!!! Keep up the great work everyone...I'm praying for you guys
okay friends well i went up in weight..but its because i am about to start the ol' period and normally i gain 5 pounds this time only 2 so there is some good news..you ladies wait till i start..i'll weigh like 120 =) j/k

i'm losing...no motivation anymore beyond Fit TV.
I can tell the motivation is slowly dwindling. WE CAN DO IT!! I think we may be half way. So let's try to do our best this week and then make next week super discipline week. (like 5 out of 7 exercise points and then choose one thing to cut out eating wise.) What do yall think? Natarsha, what is your total exercise points? I need to know how close you are : ) : )
