I'm losing my family competition so I'm atleast counting on this $100.; however, I need to know my competition in order to beat it. : ) Mandy and Natarsha, how are things going?
-First, weigh in and tell the 10% of your weight you have to lose. -Blog in weight % lost and points gained for that week every Sunday-on the blog. -Working out= getting heart rate up and sweat! -Every workout must be at least 30 minutes. -You gain 1 point for every day you work out. -You gain 5 points for every 1% you lose of your 10%.
