??? THE Spreadsheet

So, is there anyway we can get the spreadsheet to work? Rosemary, you asked what my total workout points are, but I have to go back and look at my previous posts. (it's definitely not 13) It'd be helpful if we could all just pull it up and add onto it. Who's the blog expert around here???

Good luck on y'alls weeks. I've got my workout clothes with me again today :) I need that $100!

Rosemary...explain your grapefruit comment a little more. I know they're healthy, but what exactly do they do for losing weight? I can't remember what I've heard about them.

5/13 weight is the same, and I have 4 excercise points. I'm trying to be a little better about food.

Sweets aren't my weakness, truly it's Mexican food, but that's okay b/c i'm making it up for it in other areas. Trying to at least.

My sinister plan is to keep sweets in the house so I can tempt my roomates and catch up mwa ha ha (sinister laugh, not sure how to spell that) :)

My weight was 144 (which I think is 2 lbs which is better than I thought, maybe b/c I used the bathroom right before I weighed. : ) Just kidding!

The grapefruit was b/c Natarsha told me to eat grapefruit when I was tempted to eat sweets b/c it would help the craving.

Jeanett-that's a pretty smart plan, unfortunately for me it will probably work, but I did turn down a cupcake tonight. Score 1 for me. : )

okay friends..jeanett..about this whole spreadsheet. You HAVE to sign in as a BLOGGER not commenter a BLOGGER in order to see the spread sheet. i am NOT an expert and have no clue how to make it to where people can add their own info. this was the easiest way. if anyone has any ideas..shoot! otherwise, sorry friends this is what we got. sign in as a blogger (from the invite that i sent you) and yo should be able to see it.

I thought I put my points somewhere. Maybe not...as of right now I have 14 points, but I'm hoping to work out today and make that 15. (that's only exercise points)

I signed in as a blogger, but when i click on the spreadsheet it takes me to my email account--don't know what I'm doing wrong.

It doesn't matter, b/c I saw the chart from the email you sent so no worries.

Lauren, thanks for working on the spreadsheet again. I couldn't open it, but I'll keep trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I want to correct the spreadsheet you emailed out. 3 workout points isn't my total...that was just from last week. I have 8 workout points total (3 from 1st, 2 from 2nd, and 3 from last week). Sorry I wasn't writing the totatl points only the weekly total. But I've still only lost 1lb.
