Are you still in?

I can tell everybody is so excited to post this week! (ha, ha!) I hope yall are still in and haven't given up. I think we have 5 or 6 weeks left. We can do it!!! I'm going to try to get the spreadsheet from my brother so you can see how many points you have with your weight added into it. It's pretty motivating. I didn't lose or gain this week and I have 35 exercise points.

Well, I'm enjoying working out so that's good! But I have to admit, the fact that the scale's not changing doesn't help with motivation at all. Jeanett's scale said I lost a pound yesterday morning but then the doctor's office scale yesterday afternoon said I had gained 3! So, I'm saying no weight loss. Worked out 5 times last week, so now I have 21 total workout points. (I still feel like I forgot a week's points somewhere...but I know it's probably only wishful thinking)

Good luck everybody! we can do it! And our bodies are thankful :)
