How are you doing?

Well, my weight stayed the same this week, but I guess that is better than gainning. I have a total of 29 exercise points. How are things with yall? I am going to specifically pray for yall this week. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

Hey ladies...I have so Good news and some Bad news...The good news is I stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 173.8 and earned 5 workout points from last week. Yeah! The bad news is Rosemary worked me to death on Saturday and I hurt my lower back somehow...So I don't know how much working out I can do this week....Hey guys this is your BIG chance to get ahead so you better take advantage...I guess bad news for me but great news for you guys.. Hey be sure to lift me up in your prayers because I'm traveling tomorrow and my lower back is very sore...Thanks ladies! Have a great week...

Natarsha, I'll definitely pray for your back. I know that's frustrating and makes travel a bear.

Rosemary, I'm so far behind your 29 points it isn't even funny.

I did work out 5 times last week! woohooo! So, now I have a total of 15 work out points. Zero weight loss. I need to cut out the sweets. So hard for me

so i lost those 2 pounds like 2 days after i started yay! so i am back to 130..and i weighed my self one morning and weighed 129.6 go me! So hopefully thats what i weigh next week =) for now 130.
