3 Weeks Left!!!
I hope yall are still in, even if you make a short goal for 3 weeks. I know Natarsha gave me a little motivation last night in her skinny jeans. I have to do better eating. I emailed out a spreadsheet that will hopefully work and tell you your total points. I am at 143 and have 38 exercise points. Last week was my worst exercise week so this week is going to be better!!!

sorry been out of the loop for a bit. work out points are not good at all. not even sure if i am still counting..
but just thought i would share this..i decided to weigh this morning once i could slowly pry myself off the bed..and i weighed 125..
must be the throwing up and diarrhea. go me!

Hey guys...I haven't had a chance to post... I'm sorry but I'm still in the race...I have 7 excercise points and I weigh in at 171 as of June 23rd.
