Let's Get This Shin Dig Started!

Hello Ladies!

So here we go. Let me tell you a little about the site so you know what your doing. If you look to the left you will find the rules...if you have questions or comments on them please let Rose know. =) Also, to the left you will find a space entitled "Checkin' the Competition" this space is for you to do just that.
Under it is a link to a spread sheet that will be updated every SUNDAY. You can check back there anytime to see how many more points you need to beat out Natarsha.

So, lets start off with everyone putting in a comment. In your comment, give your weight...or percent for those who may not want to. That way we can get it in on the chart. Also, post any points and precentage lost if you have lost.

Okay, last but not least. On posting...everyone will get an invite to be an author for the blog in a bit...but I think what will make this run the smoothest is if we comment on blogs. So, someone can blog and then at the bottom there is a link to add comments..so lets comment more than we blog. That way this thing won't look crazy. If you have something new to say add a post..if you have something to say about someone else's post then add a comment..get it? On Sundays there will be a post for you to give your points and such, you will COMMENT on that post not make an entirely new post...questions? Ask Lauren. If you want to read others comments just click the comment link and you can read everyones comments to that post...confusing sorry.


This blog is all in fun so lets work hard at laughing lots.

okay i shall start. i weig 135 which leaves me 13 ounds t lose for my 10% (not gonna happen) and I have 4 points so far...i should have like 15 from my workout today..i have never sweat so much in my life!

by the way i will change the fitness sheet once everyone tells their weight and points...tonight probably.

Thanks for doing the blog. It looks great. My start weight was 149 and my weight as of Monday was 147. So far up to today I have 6 points

Lauren the Blog does look great! THANKS for doing it! Like I wrote in this email...I've never thrown my actual weight around as much as I know I'm going to do the next couple months. I really think this is gonna be good for me. I nned to get on the ball with this challenge. I need that $100!

I weigh 135. actually have 3 points from last week (sorry for the typo this morning to you Lauren) and 0 so far this week :)

We're not penalized if we gain weight are we? ha ha!

sorry i shall change it...and i don't know ask rose =) no gaining...that is backwards. i already lost 2 pounds weighed myself this morning...GO ME!
