Final Weigh In

Hey guys!  Is anyone still looking at this?  If so, tomorrow is supposed to be our final day!  So if you are, weigh in tomorrow or Monday so you  can atleast see how you did in 12 weeks.  I hope you are proud of yourself!  Thanks for holding me accountable and for the encouragement.  Try to write a final post with whether you were happy and maybe where you go from here.  How's that for reflection?

3 Weeks Left!!!

I hope yall are still in, even if you make a short goal for 3 weeks. I know Natarsha gave me a little motivation last night in her skinny jeans. I have to do better eating. I emailed out a spreadsheet that will hopefully work and tell you your total points. I am at 143 and have 38 exercise points. Last week was my worst exercise week so this week is going to be better!!!

Are you still in?

I can tell everybody is so excited to post this week! (ha, ha!) I hope yall are still in and haven't given up. I think we have 5 or 6 weeks left. We can do it!!! I'm going to try to get the spreadsheet from my brother so you can see how many points you have with your weight added into it. It's pretty motivating. I didn't lose or gain this week and I have 35 exercise points.

Well, my weight stayed the same this week, but I guess that is better than gainning. I have a total of 29 exercise points. How are things with yall? I am going to specifically pray for yall this week. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

time to weigh in

Congrats to Rosemary on her success story! I for one can definitely say that...I'm jealous!

Sorry I didn't write at all last week. I had two points for working out (SAD!) and no weight loss

So for this week....
total workout points 10 and zero weight loss (time for another SAD!)
Don't think I'm traveling anymore for the next few weeks (woohoo!) So..watch out competition...here comes Mandy!

Excitement/Motivaiton

I hope this is an encouragment and motivation instead of a discouragement, but I just bought two pairs of shorts a size smaller than I normally buy. I don't think I have bought that size since before college! Yeah!!! The challenge is slowly working. : ) I hope everyone will also have a success story soon if you don't already. : )

Week 4

I thought I'd be the first to post this week, since I'm usually the last. I also feel computer saavy b/c I'm posting and not just commenting :)

Weight is the same--if this doesn't change this week I'm going to need serious prayer to keep it up.

Excercise points total--8

Can't wait until we all accomplish our goals and meet at the pool at our new apartment in our string bikinis! Don't try to visualize this :)

??? THE Spreadsheet

So, is there anyway we can get the spreadsheet to work? Rosemary, you asked what my total workout points are, but I have to go back and look at my previous posts. (it's definitely not 13) It'd be helpful if we could all just pull it up and add onto it. Who's the blog expert around here???

Good luck on y'alls weeks. I've got my workout clothes with me again today :) I need that $100!

Rosemary...explain your grapefruit comment a little more. I know they're healthy, but what exactly do they do for losing weight? I can't remember what I've heard about them.

yummy yummy sweets.

so..thought i would do a post because no one is really posting..

i feel like i am losing some weight but can't stop eating sweets. anyone with me? and of course since i am eating sweets the losing of weight will probably stop. i ate 4 pieces of candy yesterday and the day before i ate a bag of cookies. good thing i didn't put in a 20. it definitely is fun to be a little motivated. if rose doesn't work out today then i will be caught up with her 11 points. is that going to happen? probably not. so therefore i will always be a point behind her and still lose this challenge. again, glad i did not put in a 20.

Weighing In....

We were supposed to weigh in today. We forgot apparently...so can everyone weigh in on Monday? If for some reason we aren't wanting to show weight...we can take weight off of the sheet rose made. I just don't know how we would keep track. I guess one person could keep track of everyones.

At least give points for last week and if you lost weight.

You definitely don't have to put your weight if you don't want to, but you atleast have to put how many exercise points you have. How can I beat you if I don't know what my competition is! Happy exercising!

Let's Get This Shin Dig Started!

Hello Ladies!

So here we go. Let me tell you a little about the site so you know what your doing. If you look to the left you will find the rules...if you have questions or comments on them please let Rose know. =) Also, to the left you will find a space entitled "Checkin' the Competition" this space is for you to do just that.
Under it is a link to a spread sheet that will be updated every SUNDAY. You can check back there anytime to see how many more points you need to beat out Natarsha.

So, lets start off with everyone putting in a comment. In your comment, give your weight...or percent for those who may not want to. That way we can get it in on the chart. Also, post any points and precentage lost if you have lost.

Okay, last but not least. On posting...everyone will get an invite to be an author for the blog in a bit...but I think what will make this run the smoothest is if we comment on blogs. So, someone can blog and then at the bottom there is a link to add comments..so lets comment more than we blog. That way this thing won't look crazy. If you have something new to say add a post..if you have something to say about someone else's post then add a comment..get it? On Sundays there will be a post for you to give your points and such, you will COMMENT on that post not make an entirely new post...questions? Ask Lauren. If you want to read others comments just click the comment link and you can read everyones comments to that post...confusing sorry.
